{"id":3295,"date":"2024-12-16T12:50:37","date_gmt":"2024-12-16T12:50:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/speedwayhub.com\/?p=3295"},"modified":"2024-12-16T12:50:37","modified_gmt":"2024-12-16T12:50:37","slug":"eli-meadows-becomes-second-birmingham-ductair-bulls-signing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/speedwayhub.com\/eli-meadows-becomes-second-birmingham-ductair-bulls-signing\/","title":{"rendered":"Eli Meadows becomes second Birmingham Ductair Bulls signing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ELI Meadows is the second rider to sign up for Birmingham\u2019s National Development Trophy side the Ductair Bulls.<\/p>\n<p>The 20-year-old is no stranger to Perry Barr having been a second-half regular in recent seasons.<\/p>\n<p>He represented the club in this year\u2019s Midland Development League where he averaged 11.45, the highest figure at that level.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019ll also be racing for the Leicester Lion Cubs in the National Development League in 2025 and Ductair Bulls team manager Laurence Rogers says Meadows deserves his team place.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHis stats for us in the MDL this year were superb,\u201d<\/em> Rogers said.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHe rode seven meetings, had 22 rides and scored 63 points &#8211; that\u2019s pretty amazing for any rider at any level.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHe\u2019s a good kid and again I think he\u2019ll only benefit and keep progressing with the extra bike time he\u2019s going to be getting.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Meadows signed his deal at the Supporters\u2019 Club Christmas Party on Friday where Tom Brennan, who has since moved to Ipswich, claimed a clean sweep of honours for his performances for the Brummies in the 2024 ROWE Motor Oil Premiership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Words and Feature Image by Birmingham Brummies<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ELI Meadows is the second rider to sign up for Birmingham\u2019s National Development Trophy side the Ductair Bulls.
