{"id":1475,"date":"2024-02-08T15:44:48","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T15:44:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/speedwayhub.com\/?p=1475"},"modified":"2024-02-08T15:44:48","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T15:44:48","slug":"kyle-newman-forced-to-changed-testimonial-date","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/speedwayhub.com\/kyle-newman-forced-to-changed-testimonial-date\/","title":{"rendered":"Kyle Newman forced to changed Testimonial date!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kyle Newman has been forced to find a new date for this testimonial meeting, which is being staged at Wimborne Road, having originally brought the original date forward seven days to 13th March, to avoid clashing with the official Press Launch of the Sports Insure Premiership.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, this earlier date has brought further complications with a number of clubs looking to stage their practice days on this date and also a program of fixtures in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>Kyle explained <em>&#8220;It is a big shame that we can&#8217;t launch the season with my Testimonial meeting but rider availability has effectively squashed those hopes. I want to emphasise that this is beyond the control of Poole Speedway and I would like to express my grateful thanks to Dan Ford for all the help he has given me in trying to get the meeting up and running.\u00a0 We are continuing to work closely together\u00a0on finding an alternative date and hopefully we will be able to announce something in the very near future.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dan Ford stated, <em>&#8220;We really feel for Kyle over this. We know that he is very keen to put together a strong and competitive line up for his big night, as you would expect, and whilst we thought we had overcome one major obstacle when we brought the date forward originally, events have since conspired against us.
